"AMOC Training Video" Production & Direction Collaboration

My role for this project included assisting with the coordination of the production and art direction of 3D and 2D visual elements, in addition to limited 3D modeling/material setup. Overall visual direction assistance included items such as review of storyboards, models, textures, poses, environments, lighting, renders, and compositing. Production assistance included organizing the setup of these elements, such as orchestrating meetings, defining priorities, ensuring effective communication among collaborating team participants, recording developments and statuses to provide real-time visibility of shared development efforts, gathering feedback, and identifying objectives needed to meet milestones and deadlines.
